Japanese Vessel Pear 37” x 3”
 
This particular shape won one second prize at the Expo Toyama design competition in 1992. Hence its name: Japanese Vessel. Its form combines utmost simplicity and elegance. It won the appreciation of the jury by its extreme minimalism and apparent weightlessness.
